Nicole is an award winning pastry chef with a passion to bake and feed others. She attended The French Pastry School in Chicago where she learned from and assisted some of the world’s best pastry chefs.
She had the opportunity to continue her studies while working and living at two quaint bakeries in Alsace, France. She had the experience of a lifetime baking through the night with these talented teams. Here, Nicole took home many lessons and truly saw the art of French pastry in all its beauty.
After arriving back in the States, Nicole continued building her skill set while working in a variety of venues including Spago Beverly Hills, Hotel Bel Air & Balena in Chicago.
After becoming a mother of two, Nicole had the desire to bring the art of French pastry to the home. Her goal is to eliminate the intimidation that French pastries may carry and to make it approachable for all through interactive demonstrations and by letting you in on some tips and secrets of the trade.
